MOTION: Trustee Rusch Moves: To approve Ordinance 2011-16, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3 AND CHAPTER 5, ARTICLE IV OF THE JUSTICE MUNICIPAL CODE, regarding smoking in public places.
SECOND: Trustee Kuban
VOTE: Trustees Small, Sparr, Symonds, Rusch and Bartoszek, nay. Trustee Kuban aye. Five nays, one voted aye, motion failed.
Trustee Rusch commented that there were significant arguments on both sides of the smoking in public places issue. He sincerely hopes that the best interests of the public have been served.
