Village View - Justice Weighs Tobacco
On August 8, 2011 at the Village of Justice Board meeting Trustee Ed Rusch made a motion to direct the Village Attorney to to draft an amendment to the current smoking ordinance that would allow smoking establishments like Hookah Bars to open in the Village. The vote resulted in a tie and Mayor Wasowicz broke the tie by voting in favor of such an amendment.
